From a complete Chassis up D11T Dozer rebuild to a 5T excavator Hydraulic Cylinder rebuild, Dixie Holdings has the facilities and literature to remanufacture any Engine, Powertrain, Undercarriage, Electrical or Hydraulic component. Using all OEM Parts unless specified by our customer, we also have connections to all aftermarket part suppliers available.

Our remanufactured Components and Machines are returned to the customer in new condition for a fraction of the new price with warranty.

Fabrication & Engineering Services

With a team of Trade Qualified Boilermakers, certified Welders, Engineers, Draftsman, Dixie Holdings has the facilities to carry out extensive heavy fabrication from design to manufacture. Some services include but are not limited to 3D CAD Drawing and design, Blade and Bucket remanufacturing, Undercarriage/Under-protection repairs/updates, Panel repairs, Rust Repairs, Modifications, Certified forestry protection.

Specialising in Cat, Komatsu, Detroit and Cummins, We can completely strip down and overhaul any powertrain or hydraulic component, which will be tested and sent back with warranty.

We can repair any cab or machine damage, fabricate and fit hand rails or completely mine spec a machine to suit any site compliancy requirements.
